Abstract: 500-1000 words (including references, anonymous). Pure text or pdf - see the "Call for Papers".

Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and published in the proceedings. (We will have two travel bursaries for papers on ''impacts of future technology" kindly made available by the "Programme on the Impacts of Future Technology, University of Oxford". Details are in this note at the website of the Programme.)
